My name is Brad Thelin and I am a Real Estate Agent who specializes in the South Coast of MA real estate. I am a problem solver for clients, whether they are buying or selling real estate. I clearly explain the home buying/selling process. I let them know what their house is worth. When working for a buyer I assist them in setting up a client team, that consists of a Real Estate Attorney, Loan Originator, Insurance Agent, Home Inspector and Financial Planner, to name a few. When working for a Seller I advertise non-traditionally using social media to it's fullest extent. Advertising and Marketing with Facebook and Instagram ads, virtual tours of their house on YouTube, aerial drone pictures and video, canvassing their neighborhoods to inform everyone their house is for sale, using Snapchat, Google+ and LinkedIn networks to reach the most potential buyers.
